Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your order within 1 to 3 days of placing it.

Note: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Defective or damaged product
• Wrong product delivered
• Size or fit issues (product must be unworn and in original condition)

Products must be in their original condition with tags intact for returns/exchanges to be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 3 days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products with removed or damaged tags
• Worn, washed, or altered products
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
